I forgot my password, can I retrieve it?
Go to the Customer Login and enter your email address in the 'Forgot Password' section. You will then be sent your password in an email.
Can I change my order?
You can still make changes to your order in the shopping cart at anytime prior to clicking the 'Place Order' button. Once you click the 'Place Order' button at the end of the checkout process, our system will not allow you to change or cancel orders online. If you have an issue with an order you have placed please contact us immediately.
How do I view or change my account information?
Log in to your account and click on one of the links under 'manage account'. You can then change or add shipping & billing addresses, change your email address, password or account name. You can also view the status and history of any orders.
Why does my Credit Card Address Decline?
For your protection our credit card processor verifies your data with your Bank or Card issuer. If the information you have provided does not match the information we verify, your transaction will decline. Please be sure the BILLING Address you provide matched your statement exactly.
What are my Shipping Options?
Standard: Most purchases are shipped within 7-10 business days after receipt of your order.
Express : Allow 3-4 business days for order processing and delivery.
Priority: Allow 2-3 business days for order processing and delivery.
We do not offer price adjustments on any item or transaction.

What are Web Browser Cookies?
A cookie is a message given to a Web browser by a Web server. The browser stores
