We hope you are delighted with your new Longaberger purchase, and we are committed to having you as a lasting customer. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise please review the exchange and return process below for your specific purchase.
When shipping your return, please be sure to have it insured for the amount of original purchase price. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please return items at the United States Postal Service Standard Return Rate. We will not reimburse for shipping at 2-Day or 3-Day rates, or items that are insured over their value. We are not responsible for lost, misdirected, or delayed mail.
Homestead Online will gladly accept any return for a full refund of the purchase price with the original receipt up to 90 days, excluding Longaberger Factory Store Online items. We do not offer price adjustments on any item or transaction.
For returns after 90-days but before 6 months from the original date of purchase, we will be glad to give the amount paid in the form of a Longaberger Gift Certificate for use at any Longaberger Retail Store, Restaurant, Hotel or Golf Club. After 6 months all sales will be final. Price adjustments will not be made on any transactions.

* Shipping/handling charges will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error. If a promotional code or discount was used to purchase the item being returned, only the actual price paid will be refunded. The appropriate tax amount will be included with your refund.
Factory Store :: Return Policy
All Longaberger Factory Store Online sales are final. The Factory Store will gladly replace products damaged in shipping with identical items, with the original receipt up to 30 days. Refunds are not allowable. If original item is not available we will be glad to provide a comparable product as a replacement of the damaged item.
Exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt. If receipt is not included, item(s) will be returned to you at your expense, without a refund. We do not offer price adjustments on any item or transaction.

Product available in the current WishList and Flyer may be returned within 90-days for a full refund, return or exchange, with proof of purchase. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
