Orders placed Wednesday December 16th - Thursday December 17th must be shipped Express (3-4 day)
Orders placed Friday December 18th - Monday December 21th must be shipped Priority (2-3 day)
Customers ordering from 12/16 - 12/21 that do not choose the expedite ship option, will have their order shipped via ground and will NOT be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.
We do ship to PO Box, APO/FPO and US territory addresses (no express or priority shipping available) We do ship to AK, HI, GUAM, PR and VI. We do not ship to other foreign destinations.
Shipping Surcharges
Because Pottery and Wrought Iron are heavy and bulky; these items will have a shipping surcharge of $2.00 applied at checkout. This charge is listed in the descriptions of each item and this charge is in addition to our regular shipping rates listed below. The $2.00 surcharge applies on each item ordered.
Standard: Most purchases are shipped within 7-10 business days, during peak times; shipping could take up to 14 business days after receipt of your order.
Express: Allow 3-4 business days for order processing and delivery.
Priority: Allow 2-3 business days for order processing and delivery.
Shipping method business days do not include order processing at our facility.
Shipping is calculated on a sliding scale based on the amount of the sale. Shipping rates for Longaberger’s Wish List and Flyer Online and
Shipping/handling charges will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error. If a promotional code or discount was used to purchase the item being returned, only the actual price paid will be refunded. The appropriate tax amount will be included with your refund.
